This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their personally identifiable information (“PII”) is being used online. PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your PII in accordance with our website.

Do we use ‘cookies’? Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
We use cookies to:
- help remember and process the items in the shopping cart;
- understand and save user’s preferences for future visits;
- keep track of advertisements; and

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If you disable cookies, some features will be disabled, your site experience may be less efficient, and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders when cookies are disabled.
Third Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your PII unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe such release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. Deletion Request Rights. You have the right to request we delete any of your PII we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions and limitations.
Correction Rights. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate PII.
Do-Not-Sell or Share Rights. California residents also have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their PII by us. As noted above, we do not currently “sell” or “share” PII about California residents, including those that we know to be under 16 years old.
Limit Use and Disclosure of PII Right. California users also have the right to direct us to limit certain uses and disclosures of their PII, which go beyond those specifically authorized pursuant to the CCPA. However, as stated above, we do not use and disclose PII about California users beyond these authorized purposes.
Submitting Request to Know/Access, Correct, and Delete. To exercise your right to know/access, correct, or delete as described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request (as described more fully below) to us by either:
- Calling us at 1-877-777-5995.
- Email us at [email protected].
California users may submit a verifiable request on their own behalf and on behalf of their minor child. Pursuant to the CCPA, authorized agents may also submit a verifiable request on behalf of another consumer for whom they have been duly appointed. Authorized agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization and we may also require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent.
A verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected PII or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We will take steps to verify your request and to identify our relevant records that contain your PII. We will process your request based upon the PII in our records that is linked or reasonably linkable to the information provided in your request. In some cases, we may request additional information in order to verify your request or where necessary to process your request. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with PII if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the PII relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will only use PII provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request for access to PII within 45 days of receiving it. If we require more time (up to a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
Non-Discrimination. California consumers also have the right to exercise their CCPA rights without being subject to discriminatory treatment or retaliation, and to receive transparent disclosures about any financial incentives a business offers them with regard to the collection, use and disclosure of their PII. Discrimination may exist where a business takes or suggests that it will take the following actions in response to a consumer exercising rights under the CCPA, unless doing so is reasonably related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data:
- Deny access to or use of goods or services.
- Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide a different level or quality of goods or services.
