Every one of iT1’s clients has access to an Online Procurement Account (OLPA). The OLPA can be set up to include a very customizable Purchase Approval System (PAS). PAS allows your organization to set rules on who can purchase, how much they can spend and direct those orders to the correct authority for approval.
As an added benefit to your employees, iT1 can create an Employee Purchase Program (EPP). This can be used to offer corporate discounts on technology. Some companies have also moved on from the traditional and no longer purchase laptops for all of their users. Instead, they offer a voucher which allows employees to select their own preferred device. The EPP system can be used as a storefront for this kind of initiative.
