Single Point of Contact
As a technology reseller, iT1 strives to build relationships with customers by providing a single point of contact (SPOC) for customer’s Information Technology needs. The SPOC serves as a resource for computer products and services as well as an advisor for day-to-day operational requirements. The SPOC’s mission is to take ownership of every issue from the initial call to final resolution, thus relieving the burden from our customer’s internal resources. There is flexibility in choosing one or both of iT1’s SPOC offerings: Enterprise Management SPOC or Total Operations SPOC.
iT1 also maintains its services and IT methodology with each client it handles. It’s important for iT1 to follow these guidelines in order to properly handle individual IT project management needs.
